⭐☆☆☆☆ I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I'm genuinely devastated by my experience. I spent over $9,000 expecting to improve my smile, and instead I walked away feeling like I lost it. My natural teeth were shaved down far more than I expected, leaving them noticeably shorter than before. My smile no longer looks like me, and the change has completely affected my confidence overnight. I kept telling myself maybe I just needed time to adjust, but the more I look in the mirror, the more heartbroken I become. This wasn't a small cosmetic change, it permanently altered my natural teeth. There is no getting that enamel back. What makes this even harder is that I trusted Mint Dentistry with something so personal. I invested thousands of dollars believing I'd feel more confident, and instead I feel embarrassed to smile. I never imagined paying this much only to end up feeling worse than when I started. I hope this review encourages others to ask detailed questions before agreeing to have their natural teeth shaved down. I wish I had fully understood how much tooth structure would be removed and how drastically it would change the length and appearance of my smile.

Amazing staff, and location! I went in for an Invisalign consultation, and they were so helpful and thorough in explaining the process, how long it would take, and gave me multiple financing options. When I went back to pick up the Invisalign retainers they explained very clearly how to take care of them and how to change them out. They were very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend!

Scheduling nightmare The schedule does not permit anyone that has an 8-4 or 9-5 They will have you driving across DFW for your appointments, and if you need repairs you’ll have to wait a month. Terrible management - good orthodontist

This was my first visit to a mint. I must say the staff treated me very well. Very friendly and professional attitudes. From the front desk to the dentist chair they operated in a timely manner. Robbie and Carrie both went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved with my teeth. Robbie was very determined and optimistic to make sure everything was correct and Carrie assisted her. I thank you both for giving me a great 1st time mint experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone I know in need of an orthodontist.
